DG600 and DG8000IC weighing meters
One of the pillars of the Dinamica Generale offer are programmable weighing meters that enable precise management of animal nutrition.
The DG600 meter is a modern device that is perfect for managing feed recipes. It supports up to 99 recipes, each of which can contain up to 24 ingredients. It allows you to save up to 48 unloading programs. The device is equipped with a double LCD display, which makes it easier to use, and an intuitive keyboard. It also has service functions, such as overload registration or an operating time counter. DG600 enables wireless data transmission using a 4G modem and information exchange via a USB port. Additionally, it is compatible with DTM Advanced software in the cloud, which allows you to generate detailed reports and export data to Excel.
DG8000IC is an even more advanced device, created for professional applications on farms. It has all the features of the DG600, plus other additional features such as formulating recipes based on the daily dry matter consumption for each barn. It allows you to manage premixes and monitor operator performance. It is compatible with NIR analyzers and DTM IC software. Built-in Modbus and CANJ1939 communication protocols facilitate integration with other systems. DG8000IC is equipped with a larger display and is suitable for stationary and automatic feeding applications.
DTM software
DTM (Dynamic Total Management) is an advanced tool supporting farm process management. Thanks to cooperation with weighing meters, the software enables monitoring feed costs, managing inventories and adapting feed recipes. It offers a wide range of features such as generating reports and analyzes using a user-friendly interface, personalizing the user's desktop and setting alarms, such as notifications via WhatsApp or email. Hierarchical user access management facilitates cooperation with dietitians, contractors and other partners. DTM also supports the planning and management of animal groups and their feeding with the highest precision. The advanced version of the software, DTM Advanced, offers additional functions such as loading and unloading history, warehouse management and integration with other systems.
NIR Analyzers
One of Dinamica Generale's most modern solutions are NIR analyzers that allow for real-time analysis of feed composition. The flagship EvoNIR 4.0 model features a built-in prediction engine based on machine learning technology that increases prediction accuracy. The device offers remote service and automatic updates of calibration curves and firmware. The analyzer is characterized by a durable construction with IP 69K tightness class and the ability to operate in extreme temperature conditions, from -20°C to +60°C. It is designed to work with feed wagons, both self-propelled and trailed.
