NIR analyzers and spectroscopy

NIR technology is at the heart of Dinamica Generale precision systems. It analyzes chemical composition without destroying the sample and delivers results in real time.

EVONIR as the main sensor

A multi-purpose NIR analyzer for places where decisions depend on real material quality: feed mixers, self-propelled mixers, forage harvesters, combines, slurry tankers, or automatic feeding lines.

Measured parameters

In real time it measures dry matter, crude protein, starch, ADF and NDF fiber, ash, and sugar levels, providing data for nutrition and process decisions.

Machine communication

Built-in ISOBUS and CAN J1939 communication allow readings to be displayed on virtual terminals in tractors and machines. The system supports software and calibration curve updates.

Field operation

The field version supports precision yield mapping and nutrient application mapping.

  • Slurry and digestate: measures N, P, K, and dry matter during application, with variable-rate VRA support.
  • Combines and forage harvesters: creates ISOXML field maps based on harvested grain or chopped maize.

One sensor, many applications

What should you know about EVONIR?

Does EVONIR measure only dry matter?
No. Depending on configuration and calibration curves it can measure dry matter, protein, starch, ADF, NDF, ash, sugar, and NPK parameters for slurry or digestate.
Why mount NIR on a feed mixer?
Because silage quality and dry matter vary between silo layers and workdays. Real-time measurement enables faster ration correction than lab testing after the fact.
