AgriNIR and X-NIR

Take the lab to the field

AgriNIR and X-NIR make fast feed quality checks possible without sending samples to a lab. This matters when silage dry matter changes and rations need daily adjustment.

AgriNIR

An integrated portable laboratory device in a case format. Testing takes less than 60 seconds and reduces the cost and delay of traditional sample shipping.

AgriNIR parameters

Feed assessment includes moisture, protein, starch, ADF, NDF, pH, and ash, and with available curves also NPK parameters for manure, slurry, or digestate.

Supported materials

AgriNIR supports grass hay, fresh forage, silage, dairy cattle TMR, different grains, and slurry. Results can be tracked in the NIR Trace cloud.

X-NIR

A lightweight handheld scanner-style analyzer. Its biggest advantage is offline operation, an intuitive 4.3-inch touch screen, and USB result export.

X-NIR feed checks

Like AgriNIR, X-NIR checks moisture, protein, starch, and fiber in hay, grass, maize, and TMR directly at the feed table or silage clamp.

AgriNIR or X-NIR?

Both devices shorten the path from sample to decision. They differ in ergonomics, operation, and where they are most convenient to use.
AgriNIR

AgriNIR

Best when you want a portable lab for feed and slurry, app-based work, reports, and tracking feed quality over time.
AgriNIR in the field

AgriNIR in the field

Useful for harvest timing, silage, green forage, hay, TMR checks, and slurry or digestate analysis.
X-NIR

X-NIR

Better when maximum mobility, a quick handheld scan, offline work, and USB result export matter.
For advisors and farms

For advisors and farms

X-NIR helps advisors show results directly on farm and helps farmers adjust rations faster when feed quality changes.

How to use mobile analysis?

Does this replace every laboratory test?
Not in every case. Mobile NIR is mainly for fast operational decisions: dry matter correction, feed variability control, and comparing material batches.
What should be measured most often?
In practice, regular checks of silage, TMR, and materials whose dry matter changes between days or batches usually bring the most value.

Questions before purchase

What does this solution fit?
Selection depends on farm scale, existing feed mixer, operator workflow, and whether you need recipe execution only or feed quality analysis as well.
Can I start with a smaller setup?
Yes. Many deployments start with software and a weight indicator, then add more advanced modules or NIR later.
