It is informational and offer-oriented and enables enquiries. It is not an online store and content is not a binding offer unless stated otherwise. The app at app.smartfeed.com.pl may have separate terms.
Technical and acceptable-use rules
Internet access and a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript are required. Core content works without marketing consent. Illegal content, security circumvention, malicious code, overloading, and infringement of copyright or trademarks are prohibited.
Content, availability and rights
Specifications, prices, availability and implementation terms require confirmation by the team. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures or events beyond our control. Materials are protected and may not be commercially copied without permission. External links are governed by their owners.
Complaints and changes
Send complaints to kontakt@smartfeed.com.pl with the issue, date, page and requested outcome. We respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days. Polish law applies; statutory consumer rights are not limited. Changes may follow legal, feature or security updates and do not affect acquired rights.
