Scope and purposes
We process data in connection with use of the Smart Feed website and application, account registration, orders, license handling, user contact, and - if consent is given - newsletter delivery. Processing may be based on contract performance, consent, legal obligation, or legitimate interest, including inquiry handling, service improvement, and claims handling.
Technical data and cookies
When using the service, technical data such as IP address, browser type, access time, operating system, click data, and navigation data may be processed. The website may use cookies. Users may limit or disable cookies in browser settings, noting that some functions may require them. Google Analytics on the public website runs only after user consent.
Sharing and retention
